The location was perfect. It was right in the heart of the historic district. Very near to old colonial churches, plazas, museums, restaurants and coffee shops etc. The hotel restaurant also serves good food. Friendly staff and attentive. Great service. One can also ask to have your luggage stored for safekeeping if one arrives earlier before check in time.

The location right in the city center, friendly staff and comfortable beds. The hotel is clean in general, the interior decoration is nice and our room was spacious. The hotel has good services like restaurant, laundry and gym. Our flight landed really early in the morning and we already knew that the check-in is only from 3PM onwards, but the staff was helpful and finally got us a room a few hours before the official check-in time :)

Hotel location, room, staff, food, etc. were above expectations. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the historic district and in walking distance to many museums, restaurants, plazas, etc.

The bed was super comfy and the room was ample. New technology controls the lights settings, tv and even lamps! Takes a bit of fidgeting around to figure it out which is my "favourite" setting. We arrived early before check in and we were allowed to leave our bags in storage for a few hours. The gym located on first floor is basic, but machines all work fine.

in old historic center of san luis potosi where there is activity and entertainment just steps outside the front door. very nice mexican buffet for breakfast with a good assortment of food. great staff. we walked out the door and in next square found a wonderful restaurant, La Posada del Virrey where all our choices were outstanding. parking is across from the hotel,

Welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent water pressure in shower. Rooms had air conditioning/heat. Convenient location.

This is a fine hotel - was very nice for the price. My husband and I were impressed with everything especially the breakfast. There were so many options on the buffet and it changed everyday. The reception staff were very nice and efficient. Beds were super comfortable and the TV channels were extensive and good.

Good buffet breakfast. Superb location, yet the room was very quiet. The restaurant is within 20 metres of the cathedral. Very nice room and very comfortable king-size (?) bed. Room can be controlled via one's Smartphone. Each room has its own router to enable the control. The room has Bose speakers. Bathroom OK, but not as nice as the room. It has an excellent illuminated shaving mirror, with one side magnifying, to see all my wrinkles, faults and flaws up close and brightly lit. :)

The location right in the centre. Old building, but updated and renovated to a good standard. Comfortable bed. Nice decorations, good barhroom though small. Overall a food value.
